Text messaging program terms

Well Krafted Roofing (Sincere Roofing LLC) sends service-related text messages to customers who have requested roofing, gutter, or exterior services and provided their mobile number — including appointment and inspection confirmations, arrival notifications, estimate and portal links, project updates, and replies to your questions.

• Consent: By providing your mobile number when requesting service, you agree to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency varies with project activity — typically 2–10 messages over the life of a project.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out any time: reply STOP to cancel and you will receive no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe.
• Help: reply HELP, email den@wellkraftedroofs.com, or contact our office.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your information — including that no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — is described in our Privacy Policy.

Services

Roofing, gutter, and exterior work we perform is governed by the written proposal and agreement you sign for your project, including its scope of work, pricing, warranty, and payment terms. Nothing on this page modifies a signed agreement.

Customer portal

Your project portal link is unique to you — please don't share it. Estimates viewed or signed in the portal have the same force as paper copies. We may update or retire portal features at any time.
