Well Krafted Roofing (Sincere Roofing LLC, “we,” “us”) provides residential roofing, gutter, and exterior services in the Kentuckiana region. This policy explains what information we collect from customers and prospective customers, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you request an estimate or service, we collect the information needed to do the job: your name, phone number, email address, property address, details about your roof or project (including inspection notes and photos of your property), insurance claim information you choose to share, and records of our communications with you.
We use your information to provide our services: scheduling inspections and work, preparing and delivering estimates, sending service updates, processing payments, honoring warranties, and communicating with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information.
If you provide your mobile number when requesting service, you consent to receive service-related text messages from us — appointment confirmations, arrival notifications, estimate links, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies with project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or obtained by, any third parties.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, messaging and email delivery providers, payment processors, and material suppliers fulfilling your job — and only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information when required by law, or with your direction (for example, to your insurance company for a claim).
We keep project records for as long as needed to service warranties and meet legal obligations. Information is stored in access-controlled systems, and integration credentials and sensitive records are encrypted.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request a copy of, a correction to, or the deletion of your personal information by contacting us; we will honor requests except where records must be retained by law or for warranty service.
